The Menu
At Mother Dough, we take immense pride in crafting our menu from the highest quality ingredients. Our dishes are a true reflection of our commitment to excellence, featuring seasonal ingredients that enhance the flavours of our unique pasta sauces.

Our ragùs are a labour of love, slow-cooked at low temperatures for up to 23 hours to achieve a depth of flavour that is truly unparalleled. We source all of our meats locally from renowned regions such as the Yarra Valley, Gippsland and the Goulburn Region, ensuring that each dish is as fresh and flavoursome as possible.

Our pastas are made in-house twice weekly, using traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations. These pastas pair perfectly with our 'nonna approved' sauces and ragùs, delivering a distinct flavour and texture that can only be found in hand-made pasta.

Our pizzas are a testament to our dedication to authentic Italian baking. Made with imported Italian flours and a careful blend of cereals and seeds, our dough undergoes a minimum 72-hour fermentation process. This meticulous preparation ensures that our pizzas are light, easy to digest and bursting with flavour.
